Q: The idea of a makeover is very alien to me. What is it all about?
A: First, our stylist will help you pick an outfit. Then, it is on to the makeup & hairstyling. After the photo session you can immediately view your images and make your selection. After which we will digitally enhance them and send them to our professional lab for processing.
Q: How long is the waiting time for the photos?
A: Your photos will be ready within 5 to 7 days after your appointment. Express services are also available.
Q: Do you have large sized outfits?
A: Our large size outfits are limited. We would advise you to bring some outfits of your own in case.
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: All additional products are optional and will be explained to you before your makeover. Rest assured there will be no hard selling.
We also do not sell any form of lifetime packages.
Q: I would prefer a more natural look. Is it possible?
A: No problem. Simply let us know your preferences before your makeover and we will do our best to accede to your requests.
Q: What are your current promotions?
A: We do have promotional packages periodically. ie: valentine’s day, mother’s day… Please visit our website to view our latest promotions.
Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Please call us three days in advance to make your appointment. We do accept walk in subject to time availability.
Q: How long is the makeover?
A: The makeover / hairstyling will take about 45mins to an hour depending on the look we are creating.
Q: Were you located in Bugis Junction & The Central previously?
A: Yes, we opened at Bugis Junction in 1996 and have now relocated to our new studio at 1 Selegie Road, PoMo #B1-14 S188306 (former Paradiz Center).
Q: Can i take back all the shots taken?
A: Shots taken are for selection purposes. You will receive the package
entitlement only. Any extra images (raw or retouched would have to be
purchased)

PoMo is the former Paradiz Center. Its after The Cathay and the School of the Arts and before Parklane and Peace Center. Along Selegie Road, take the first left turn after School of the Arts and before PoMo into Kirk Terrace to access PoMo Carpark. Take note Selegie Road is one way so take care not to miss the turn.
